What Is Information-Knowledge Theory
Understanding Information-Knowledge Theory, or How Humanity Can Escape the Greed-Obsolescence Trap and the Mechanism of Cognitive-Moral Blindness—Both Built Into Our Reality
Information-Knowledge Theory (IKT) is a comprehensive, multidisciplinary system of inquiry and understanding that synthesizes insights from across the spectrum of human knowledge for a comprehensive, integrated, and cognitively enhanced comprehension of reality. IKT integrates deep understanding from cognitive psychology, neuroscience, genetics, linguistics, evolution, biochemistry, physics, computer science, quantum physics, information theory, chemistry, history, mathematics, Quantum Time Dynamics (QTD) (Bovell’s unified science of reality), the Universal Justice System (the universal, empirical moral laws governing the conduct of higher-order intelligence), and other disciplines. Functioning as both a framework and a practical methodology, and as a cognitive amplifier that leads to cognitive and moral ascension, IKT serves as the essential bridge between scientific inquiry and the deeper understanding of reality.
IKT allows us to critically examine discrepancies in human knowledge; it both prepares and encourages us to recognize and challenge assumptions (often taught as dogma in textbooks) that have impeded scientific progress. It allows us to focus, for example, particularly on areas where well-established theories and models rely more on contrived justifications, abstract mathematics, and theoretical retrofitting rather than empirical reality. Many of these models depend on contrived, often misattributed “proof” or evidence that may explain isolated, very limited phenomena (for example, general relativity’s capacity to predict or explain only a minuscule eight of the necessary 270 or more gravitational-related phenomena it must explain), and fail to cohere with the whole. Theories must cohere with the whole, not explain a tiny fraction within a very limited scope, trapped within the theory’s own mathematical framework that replaces reality.
Devised by Richard Bovell, IKT is the analytical framework that enabled Bovell himself to make his groundbreaking unifying discoveries (including quantum gravity, one of the fundamental constituents of our Universe) that explain all of reality. IKT also allowed him to identify dozens of well-established scientific theories—taught as standard science at all levels of education throughout the world—that are in fact theories with no comprehensive basis in reality. These theories have plagued human advancement and stunted our collective cognitive evolution. Most of them not only appear in our textbooks but are also relied on in mission-critical systems, from atomic physics to astrophysics, from earth sciences to medicine, and even in our understanding of mental disorders (which we fundamentally misunderstand), along with likely hundreds or thousands more.
A prominent example that demonstrates the systemic entrenchment of flawed scientific theories taught as real science can be seen in Bovell’s comprehensive, decisive dismantling of general relativity (the standard model’s explanation of gravity) in his paper, “General Relativity’s Fatal Flaws Revealed Through Seven Fundamental Paradoxes” (to be published along with his currently suppressed unifying discoveries). This analysis, along with the unifying empirical QTD discoveries that explain exactly what gravity is from the quantum level up to the macroscopic level, effectively obsoletes general relativity (GR), a cornerstone theory of modern physics that has influenced nearly a century of scientific thought and technological development. GR has led humanity toward mathematical abstractions and approximations of reality rather than toward empirical reality itself, and has led thousands of brilliant scientists on career-long pursuits relying on seemingly accurate but seductive fictional models that lead over and over to frustrating shadows and approximations, never physical reality, never to uncovering the true fundamental nature of things.
Likewise, in the same rigorous manner, using IKT empirical principles, Bovell put to rest Quantum Electrodynamics (QED)—a theory that is widely hailed as the gold standard of mathematical physics theories and celebrated as the most precise predictive theory in scientific history—in his paper “How QED, Physics’s Most Celebrated Mathematical Theory, Is Mathematical Fiction.” This paper shall also be unveiled with Bovell’s unifying discoveries.
In the case of general relativity, QED, and several other theories, despite making some very minor predictions relative to the vast scope they should explain (what are really limited observations misattributed and retrofitted to the theory), these frameworks contain catastrophic contradictions. They are rendered impossible to work within their own principles and are fundamentally invalid constructs when examined through their own internal logic. In a word, they are mathematical fiction by their own making, and when scrutinized through IKT’s framework and QTD’s empirical unifying framework.
Unsurprisingly, or perhaps remarkably, several of these now-obsolete theories (including the BCS theory that attempted to explain low-temperature superconductors, and the electroweak theory that formulated the unification of the weak force and the electromagnetic force) have won Nobel Prizes. This is understandable, as they seemed to represent truth at a time when the true nature of reality, as explained in Bovell’s QTD, was still years away. But now that we know definitively they are categorically flawed or entirely fictional when examined through the rigor of IKT’s analytical methodology or QTD’s empirical framework, we must have the courage to discard them and embrace the empirical truth. Moral and Cognitive Development Must Proceed in Tandem, Or Else Truth Remains Hidden Via the Mechanism of Cognitive-Moral Blindness
One of the surprising, perhaps even shocking, truths revealed in Bovell’s unifying discoveries—specifically in the Universal Justice System—is that a civilization operating in a state of moral decoherence cannot unravel or discover the true unifying laws and nature of reality, unless it has reached maximum moral decoherence and is thereby shown all the rules (the true nature of existence) to either change course or guarantee its self-obsolescence.
Our Universe doesn’t arbitrarily hide the truth from the civilization; rather, there is a fundamental feedback loop between moral alignment and cognitive capacity. That is, when a species is morally misaligned—such as suppressing knowledge (hiding scientific discoveries meant for the entire population’s consciousness evolution) for military advantage and economic and political domination, and monetizing and controlling knowledge and related resources through exploitation, extraction, and “us vs. them” never-ending conflicts—it violates the universal moral laws of our Universe. In doing so, the species constructs a collective consciousness that is structurally incapable of perceiving the holistic true nature of reality. It creates its own false cognitive ceiling through its own moral degeneracy.
Indeed, our Universe has safety feedback mechanisms to guide, even enforce, higher-order intelligence (operating with free will) to abide by the moral laws of the UJS. For example, there is the Greed-Obsolescence Trap that leads an entire species to self-obsolescence, a path humanity seems to have chosen for itself with AGI. Similarly, the Mechanism of Cognitive-Moral Blindness ensures a morally decoherent people remain self-blinded to the true nature of reality. That is, because moral and cognitive development must progress in tandem, a society that is morally decoherent is necessarily cognitively decoherent, and that society is thus incapable of perceiving the true fundamental nature of reality. Blinded from the truth, it instead mistakes its own abstractions and illusions for truth. This is the essence of the cognitive-moral blindness mechanism.
This feedback mechanism of the Universal Justice System functions as a cosmic safety mechanism because ultimate Truth is too dangerous in the hands of an immoral people. Just as humanity discovered the atom and immediately weaponized it by creating nuclear bombs that threaten mass annihilation, the deeper secrets of reality—those that allow for direct manipulation of space, time, energy, consciousness, and reality itself—remain inaccessible to our morally degenerate civilization, which would use them for destruction, mass exploitation, and subjugation rather than cognitive and moral individual and collective ascension.
Therefore, scientific progress is not merely an intellectual pursuit, but is inextricably bound to our moral advancement. We hide the truth from ourselves by clinging to comfortable fictions and axioms that protect our limited worldview, a self-fulfilling prophecy that fears the Truth (real empirical evidence) would require us to dismantle the entire systems of control and intellectual dogma we rely upon.
To better understand this instructive and vital phenomenon, let us consider two theories: first, the theory of the constant speed of light, and second, the no-communication theorem, and how they demonstrate our civilization’s intellectual self-imprisonment.
The Self-Imposed Barrier of the Constant Speed of Light
Our rigid adherence to the theory of the constant speed of light—and the institutional rules mandating conformity to its preeminence—ensures that no one steps outside those fictional boundaries. Consequently, no one working within established institutions like academia or government research could ever discover a truth that lies beyond this fiction. In fact, the very formula for the speed of light demands the constant speed of light, a circular logic that defies rational empirical observation. The entire framework of special relativity places arbitrary constraints on all working within its paradigm, to the extent that all observations, calculations, and reality itself must conform with the established framework. It is this intellectual rigidity, this refusal to question foundational assumptions, that constitutes a self-inflicted blindness hiding the truth from ourselves.
The Fiction of the No-Communication Theorem Denies Reality to Protect a Fatally Flawed Framework
To see another glaring example of how a civilization’s moral and cognitive dissonance stunts its scientific progress, let us consider the firmly established, “irrefutable” no-communication theorem. This theorem is a theoretical construct designed specifically to protect the speed-of-light limit by redefining the very nature of information and what “communication” means. It claims that quantum entanglement cannot be used for communication because the measurement outcomes are random, thus preventing Alice (the sender) from encoding a specific message to send to a receiver, say, Bob. However, this argument rests on a logical fallacy and a rejection of empirical reality. Whether Alice and Bob agree beforehand on a protocol or not (or whether Alice js control of what to send), the physical reality is that when Alice measures her particle, Bob’s entangled partner instantaneously collapses from a state of superposition (indefiniteness) into a definite state (e.g., the particle’s spin-up or spin-down), regardless of distance. This is an objective, detectable change in the physical system. Bob receives a definitive, binary bit of information—a physical reality that did not exist a moment prior—caused directly by Alice’s remote action. Information was absolutely communicated, or transferred. Information travelled faster than light. In fact, Bovell’s unifying discoveries dismantle the entire fiction of both constant speed and maximum speed of light.
Just as with the constant speed of light theory and dozens of others, here, the no-communication theorem attempts to dismiss observable reality (actual physical evidence) by arbitrarily redefining communication to require human control over the outcome (semantic encoding) rather than causal transmission of state. It argues that if Alice cannot force a specific outcome, then no signal exists—no communication, no transfer of information. Of course, this is a convenient fiction that conflates human intent with information reality. It ignores the observable fact that a physical state-change has occurred faster than light, and instead attempts a human-centric definition of “messaging” over the nature of reality just to maintain consistency with the standard model theoretical models on which it is based. By refusing to accept reality, standard physics remains trapped in a lower-order, manufactured understanding of reality, as it prioritizes the preservation of the obsolete Speed of Light limit dogma over the empirical evidence of our Universe’s ability to communicate instantaneously. This is the hallmark of a scientific paradigm, or a society, protecting its own made-up theories from being proven wrong by rejecting and redefining reality itself to bend to the society’s limitations, its moral and cognitive decoherence.
These two examples—the speed of light and the no-communication theorem—are symptoms of the moral decoherence described by the Universal Justice System. By choosing to defend (at all cost) a fatally flawed framework (that is also used to control the science and thus the cognitive evolution of our entire species via dogma and conformity) over the observable evidence of our universe, humanity’s cognitive decoherence mirrors its own societal failures (moral decoherence) by choosing the illusory safety of hierarchy and domination over the infinite potential of universal flourishing.
We cannot unlock the true nature of our existence and the powers of the cosmos while we are imprisoning our own minds with intellectual systems of injustice.
IKT and QTD (and the UJS) Forge the Path to Liberation
That Bovell has discovered all the rules of the game, the entire blueprint of our existence and our Universe, is not a celebration of our scientific paradigm, but an indictment of our entire species. We have reached maximum moral decoherence and activated the greed-obsolescence trap, where we must choose between either changing our entire fundamental mode of existence to align with Universal Justice principles (that is, individual and collective moral and cognitive ascension—holistic flourishing) or continuing unashamed in our moral degeneracy and terminal entropy as we race full speed to self obsolescence. To execute this necessary transformation, we must turn to the framework that explains it.
Through the combined power of IKT, QTD, and the UJS, humanity must first understand the UJS and align its behaviors, laws, paradigms, and institutions with the moral laws of our Universe. Only then can we begin to dismantle not only scientific misconceptions, falsehoods, and obsolete theories, but also the very philosophies of limitation and the mindset of domination and exploitation that led us to create them and to reach this level of societal disintegration. We must dismantle the intellectual axioms and rules we invented to keep us imprisoned in our fiction, safe in the cave of Plato’s shadows. We must overcome the staggering immoral knowledge suppression (the most grave offense against Universal Justice) by institutional gatekeepers (governments and scientific journals that suppress knowledge), liberate our students from the untruths we teach as truths, and transform our educational systems with an authentic understanding of reality’s true nature at all levels. This will ultimately accelerate human individual and collective cognitive and moral evolution (that is, individual and collective consciousness ascension) and expand our capabilities beyond all expectations.
A new, advanced state of consciousness and a beautiful humanity are accessible, if we are humble enough to accept our intellectual limitations, moral enough to dismantle the systems of injustice, and courageous enough to leave behind the intellectual shackles and mathematical fictions we celebrate as the height of our intellectual achievements and truths. Only then will we escape the stunting approximations and imprisoned shadows that bind us in what is exactly Plato’s Allegory of the Cave. And only then can we rise with Plato to the Light of Truth that can take us to a beautiful, higher order of existence.

Each center will create environments where people can develop higher levels of cognitive and moral advancement and embody universal principles of justice, harmony, shared socioeconomic advancement, and collective consciousness ascension, while accessing resources for healing and transformation where applicable. Bovell envisions these centers will revolutionize human flourishing, and more broadly, fundamentally shift our approach from training young minds to be functional components of civilization’s merciless and uncaring machinery to instead nurturing their full human potential—that is, facilitate their moral and cognitive ascension, and holistic wellbeing.
